Mike Vance
Strategy-first.
Metrics-minded.
Design-driven.
I lead product and design teams that ship work customers love—and that businesses can count on to deliver results. My path started in a DJ booth, where I learned how to read a crowd, remix ideas in real time, and keep things moving. That instinct for flow followed me into product leadership—helping organizations navigate complexity, align teams, and build what matters.

With a dual background in design and economics, I’ve spent over 20 years at the intersection of innovation and creative execution—shaping strategy from insight, defining roadmaps with conviction, and leading execution from idea to impact. I’ve led product and design organizations at Amazon, Expedia, T-Mobile, and Gap—and helped startups chart their course from zero to one.

I don’t just build teams. I shape cultures where curiosity, creativity, and accountability thrive. My teams deliver products that grow revenue, deepen customer loyalty, and move the needle on brand value.
Also, I ski steep hills, hike high trails, and read every room I’m in - whether it’s a boardroom, a user research lab, or a dance floor.

I’m looking for product leadership roles where ambition meets heart—teams that want to build boldly and grow together.
